Total Physio Clinic was founded in April 2024 by local physiotherapists, Rachel Lindop and Will Coles. Our aim is to put you back in control of your health using evidence-based treatment plans.
We are based within the treatment rooms at the Castle Country Club, Rowton on the outskirts of Shrewsbury. We have access to the excellent facilities on offer including their fully equipped gym and heated swimming pool. We are happy to see both members and non members!
We put a strong emphasis on listening to your whole story so that we can connect all the pieces of the puzzle. We complete a comprehensive physical assessment and then help you to establish a good understanding of the causes and contributing factors of your symptoms. From here we work together to design a realistic, achievable and tailored plan to help you work towards your personal goals.
We are experienced at assessing, managing and treating a variety of injuries and conditions. We cater for everyone whether you are trying to manage an arthritic knee, settle an acute bout of back pain, return to high level sport, or recover from your orthopaedic surgery. We also have strong connections with local surgeons, consultants and GP’s so that if you need further input such as imaging, blood tests, medicine management or surgical opinions it can be arranged either privately or through the NHS.
For more information please feel free to get in touch via our email address or telephone number. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
