Cancellation Policy
At Total Physio Clinic, we understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge will be applied
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A late cancellation fee of half the session fee will apply
No-show (non-attendance without notice): The full appointment fee will be charged
Emergencies
We appreciate that genuine emergencies can occur. In these circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the clinic.
Why We Have This Policy
Physiotherapy appointments are in high demand, and short-notice cancellations often leave insufficient time for us to offer the appointment to another patient who may need treatment urgently. This policy helps us protect appointment availability and continue providing the best possible service to all patients.
